Terms and Conditions
This document contains the General Terms and Conditions under which "MOYA STUDIO" Ltd. rents and sells goods to its customers through the online Supplier at the internet address: www.onenightdress.shop, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier. Anyone who loads the internet address www.onenightdress.shop on their technical device will be hereinafter referred to as the User.
Please read the terms described below carefully before using the online Supplier in the online store www.onenightdress.shop. By using the online Supplier in the online store www.onenightdress.shop, you declare that you accept and agree to these terms.
By loading any page of the Supplier with its embedded hyperlinks, as well as on other pages of www.onenightdress.shop or by using or paying for products offered by the Supplier, the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

1. Limitation of Liability
In order to purchase products from the Supplier, you submit personal information. The Supplier uses personal information to improve the services it offers you. The information you send is used only to fulfill your order. The information you send IS NOT PROVIDED to third parties.
2. Price Change
The products offered in the online store www.onenightdress.shop are limited only to the specified conditions. "MOYA STUDIO" Ltd. has the right at any time and without notice to make changes to the published products and prices, and all such amendments and additions come into force from the moment of their publication on the internet page of the online Supplier: www.onenightdress.shop
The Supplier has the right to change prices at any time, without being obliged to notify users in advance. The User is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of placing the order.
In case of price reductions, reduced prices are announced, with the new price placed next to the old price, which is crossed out.
In case of technical errors made by the User in the information provided by him when placing the order, the Supplier has the right to refuse to execute the order without being liable for damages to the user. In case of sums paid by the User for a specific order/s, which for the above reasons cannot be fulfilled, the Supplier undertakes to refund them.
3. Rights and obligations under the Consumer Protection Act
Information for consumers according to Art. 47, para. 1 of the CPA:

3.4. The final price of the goods is written on the page for presenting the respective product, immediately next to the name of the goods. The value of transport costs for delivery IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods. It is specified separately in the order and is charged to the price of the goods when determining the final price for payment.
3.5. The online Supplier does not charge any costs for using a means of communication for concluding the distance selling contract.
3.6. Terms of payment, delivery and execution, the date on which the Supplier undertakes to deliver the goods or perform the services
The terms of delivery and execution of orders are described in the section "Order and Delivery Terms"
3.7. Terms, period and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract.
The User has the right to withdraw from the distance selling contract without stating reasons for doing so. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of delivery, which means the date on which you received the product. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the user must notify the Supplier of their decision, using the form below, indicating name and correspondence address, phone number and e-mail address. The User may submit a withdrawal application electronically to e-mail: hello@onenightdress.shop, and in case of using this option, the online Supplier will immediately send a confirmation message for receipt of the withdrawal when it is received.

In case the user withdraws from the goods, the Supplier will refund all payments received, with the exception of delivery costs and costs for returning the goods. The online Supplier makes the refund only to a bank or card account indicated by the User, within 14 days after the day on which the User returned the product to the Supplier.
The online Supplier has the right to postpone the refund of payments until the goods are received back or until evidence is provided that the goods have been sent back, whichever of the two events occurs earlier.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging in their entirety, complete with accompanying documentation such as a cash receipt/note issued by the courier for the purchase of the goods, the goods must be without signs of use and without damage or contamination. Please keep the integrity of the products. You will have to arrange and pay for the courier service yourself. We will inspect the products within 7 days of their receipt and if approved, we will refund your money.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the User must bear the transport costs for returning the goods to the Supplier.
3.8. Non-conformities of goods and complaints.
Upon receipt of the shipment, please check the goods in the presence of the courier. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for compliance of the goods with the order. In case of non-conformity of the received goods with the ordered ones, the Supplier replaces the products at its own expense without additional charges for the User.
In case of missing goods, established by the User upon receipt of the order, the Supplier may offer alternative products of the same value. If the User refuses to replace the products, the Supplier refunds the corresponding amount to a bank account indicated by the User.
The User inspects the goods for compliance with his order directly in front of the employee of the courier company. In case there is no objection at this moment, it is considered that the User has accepted the delivery as corresponding to the placed order. In case of damaged integrity of the product due to courier negligence and/or transport, the User can immediately photograph the problem and file a complaint with the courier company.

Upon establishing a defective product, the Supplier undertakes to replace it with a new one, with transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods being at the expense of the Supplier, except in cases where there is a violation of the appearance of the goods, occurred during transport. In such cases, contact the courier for a damaged shipment protocol.
The Supplier does not replace sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection;

The Supplier reserves the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and all such amendments and additions come into force without the need for prior consent of the users. The amendments and additions come into force automatically, from the moment of their publication on the internet page of the Supplier: www.onenightdress.shop
