ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS

All prices are in EURO, including VAT. The stated prices for individual goods are for the respective quantity and do not include delivery costs.

Delivery for Bulgaria is carried out by Speedy courier company. It is carried out to an address specified by the User (whether residential or office) or to a Speedy office in the respective city.

Payment for ordered goods is made through currently available options, which may include bank transfer or "cash on delivery" – upon delivery, the amount for the ordered goods and the cost of their delivery are paid in cash to the courier.

Delivery prices are as follows:

For delivery to a Speedy office – 3.50 euro including VAT

For delivery to the User's address (whether residential or office) – 4 euro including VAT

If the recipient pays the cash on delivery amount with a POS terminal, an additional 0.50 euro including VAT will be charged on top of the cash on delivery amount.

Delivery of ordered goods is carried out within 4 working days, calculated from the date of the order, if it was placed by 3:30 PM. If the order is placed after this time, the next working day is taken as the start of the period.

Usual delivery hours are from 09:00 to 18:00. Delivery of ordered goods is not made on Sundays and official holidays.

If the User does not provide access and conditions for handing over the goods at the specified address within the specified period, or does not go to the specified Speedy office to receive the goods within the period, the Supplier is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery. The User may confirm their desire to receive the goods even after the delivery period has expired, during which they were not found at the address, by covering all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period begins from the moment of confirmation as per the previous sentence.

PLACING ORDERS

Placing and executing an order is done by sequentially performing the following actions: determining the type of goods by clicking the virtual "Buy" button, indicated next to the respective goods, followed by determining the quantity of the goods, confirming the delivery address, payment method, and confirming the order by clicking the virtual "Order" button.

After the order is processed by the team of www.onenightdress.shop, an order confirmation is sent to the email specified by the User. It is executed and delivered to the User within 5 working days after the date of its confirmation, unless there are circumstances beyond the Supplier's control.

Orders received without correct User data or with missing data are canceled if the Supplier does not receive the correct data within 48 hours of placing the order. If an incomplete, incorrect, or wrong address and/or phone number is provided when placing the order, the same is considered invalid and the Supplier has no obligation to fulfill it.

Orders in the online store www.onenightdress.shop are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
